1.Use a new condom every time you have vaginal, anal, or oral sex.

2.Check the expiration date. Do NOT use the condom if it is expired!

3.Make sure there is air in the package.It should feel like a little pillow.Then open the package carefully without tearing the condom. Don ’t use your teeth!

4.Put the condom on as soon as the penis is hard, BEFORE any vaginal, anal, or oral contact. Pre-cum has the same effects as cum!

5.Pinch the tip of the condom and squeeze out any air, leaving space for semen. It should look like a little sombrero hat.Then unroll the condom all the way to the base of the penis.

6.Check the condom during sex to make sure it didn ’t slip off or break.

7.After ejaculating (cumming), hold the condom at the base of the penis and pull out while the penis is still hard, preventing leakage.

8.Tie the condom at the end and throw away. Don ’t use it again!
